Terms and condition "Contest – Bar stool Remina »

1. Contest Subject. The company PAKKETO IKE (further the "Organiser") announces a competition entitled "Competition – Bar stool Remina» (further the "Contest"), which will be conducted through the Internet portal from "pakketo”, https: //www.facebook.com/pakketo.online/

2. Participation rights for the Contest. The participation to the contest is allowed to those residing in Greece and at least 18 year old.

3. Bidders Exclusion. From this competition are excluded those who fall under the following criteria: (a) employees of the Promoters, (b) first degree relatives with the above and (c) the spouses of those workers.

4. Contest duration. The duration of the competition is defined as the time period from 09/01/2017 (further the " Contest Start "), until 22/01/2017 at 17:00 pm (further the "End of Contest "). The Promoter is allowed to change the competition duration time with a relative announcement on the Website.

5. Contest participation forms. Those wishing to participate in the Contest should do the following actions: Like the page (https://www.facebook.com/pakketo.online/), comment & Share the post. The files that will be kept by the Promoter, or a third party which has been authorized by the promoter ,will constitute full proof regarding receipt of any participation in the Contest and the validity of this participation, in accordance with clause 7 below.

A “valid participation" means any participation in the Competition as stated above during the contest duration. The Promoter may cancel any participation in case the participant is assumed to use illegal technical means or general fraud or unlawful interference.

6. Gifts. 1 (one / one) lucky / or winner / who will win a "Bar stool Remina”.

The gift is personal and the winner of the competition is not allowed to exchange it for money or other things.

7. Winners selection. The winner will be declared by the draw process. The draw will take place after the termination of the competition at the Organizers offices on 23/01/2017 at 15:00 in the afternoon.

8. Information for the award - Receipt of Gift. The details of the winner of the competition will be announced on the Website published by the Promoter. In case of failure, finding a winner, the Promoter may dispose of the Gift. For the prize shipment the receiver has to send his details data.

9. Responsibility. The Promoter will not be responsible for any technical issue that denies the participation or registration to the contest. Furthermore the Promoter is not responsibility for the accessibility to the website platform since it is beyond his spheres of influence. In any case the responsibility of the Promoter will be limited to acts or omissions of malice or gross negligence and in no way extends to chance events. 

10. Publicity. The terms of competition participation have been posted on the official page of the Promoter on Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/pakketo.online/).

11. Personal Data. The Promoter reserves the personal data file of participants in the contest until completion winners promotion and delivery of the presents and then destroyed.

12. Terms Amendment. The Organizer is entitled to amend these terms (including the duration of the Contest and to conduct the draw date), by informing through the Website.

13. Law enforcement - jurisdiction. These terms are governed by the Greek law. Any dispute regarding the competition, which may occur in the future, are submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Thessaloniki.

14. Conditions Acceptance. Participation in the Competition implies full acceptance of these terms.
