It maintains its shape and structure impeccably, ensuring stability and longevity for furniture. Additionally, metal can have other properties, such as antimicrobial action (copper) or superconductivity (molybdenum).
  • Fabric: Fabric is a versatile material made by weaving, knitting, stitching, or bonding fibers. These fibers can be natural, like cotton, wool, or silk, or synthetic, like polyester or nylon. The weaving of the fibers creates a network that gives the fabric its properties, such as durability, softness, breathability, and elasticity. There are countless fabric varieties, each with its unique characteristics and uses.
Maintenance Instructions:
  • PE Rattan: Easy to maintain and clean, requiring only simple washing with water and soap.
  • Metal: For indoor metal furniture, dusting or cleaning with a damp cloth at regular intervals is recommended. However, for outdoor metal furniture, follow these steps:
    • For extended protection, apply a protective cream available from commercial stores.
    • If your furniture is treated and painted with the powder-coating method (electrostatic painting), it is very durable and easily cleaned with a damp cloth.
    • If your metal furniture is not powder-coated, take extra care to keep it away from water and moisture. You can cover it with special covers and store it indoors during winter if possible.
    • If you notice rust, remove it with turpentine, then apply anti-rust varnish before painting the surface with oxidation-resistant paint.
  • Fabric: Fabric maintenance depends on various factors, such as fiber type, fabric construction, and its use. Use a mild detergent suitable for the fabric type. Avoid using bleach or whitening agents, as they may damage the fibers.
