  • Tempered Glass: Tempered glass, also known as toughened or heat-treated glass, is a type of safety glass that has undergone special processing to enhance its strength compared to regular glass. The heat treatment process involves heating the glass to a high temperature and then rapidly cooling it. This creates a compressive stress on the surface of the glass and a tensile stress inside, making it more resistant to impacts, thermal shocks, and scratches. It is about five times stronger than regular glass in terms of impact resistance. A significant advantage is that if it breaks, tempered glass shatters into small, blunt pieces, reducing the risk of serious injury. It is used in tables, desks, TV furniture, and more.
  • Waterwave Glass: Also known as corrugated glass, Waterwave glass is a type of decorative glass characterized by its unique wavy patterns. The surface of Waterwave glass is crafted using a special technique that creates a three-dimensional texture, reflecting light in an interesting way. This unique material adds a distinctive character to any environment where it is used. Despite its texture, it remains transparent, allowing natural light to pass through.
  • Metal: Metal is widely used in furniture construction, offering several advantages over other materials. It is extremely resistant to wear, ideal for furniture intended for daily use in a demanding environment. It maintains its shape and structure perfectly, ensuring stability and longevity. Maintenance Instructions:
  • Tempered Glass: Start by using a soft damp cloth and a mild cleaner or just water. Wipe the tempered glass with the cloth using gentle circular motions. Avoid using excessive pressure or materials that could cause scratches.
  • Waterwave Glass: Use a mild detergent, such as dish soap or simple soap, diluted in warm water. Dip a soft cloth or sponge into the solution and gently clean the surface of the glass. Avoid using strong detergents or ammonia, as they may damage the glass surface.
  • Metal: For any indoor metal, dusting or wiping with a damp cloth regularly is recommended. However, for outdoor metal furniture, follow these steps:
    1. For extended protection, apply protective cream, easily available in stores, to your metal furniture.
    2. If your furniture is processed and painted with powder-coating, it is very durable and can be cleaned easily with a damp cloth.
    3. If your metal furniture is not powder-coated, you need to be more careful and keep it away from water and humidity. You can cover them with special covers and, if possible, place them indoors during winter.
    4. If you notice rust, remove it with turpentine, then apply anti-rust varnish before painting the surface with oxidation-resistant paint.
