• Tempered Glass: Also known as toughened or heat-treated glass, tempered glass is a type of safety glass that undergoes a special process to increase its strength compared to regular glass. The thermal treatment involves heating the glass to a high temperature and then rapidly cooling it. This creates a compressive stress on the surface of the glass and tensile stress within, making it more resistant to impacts, thermal shocks, and scratches. Tempered glass is approximately five times more resistant to impacts than regular glass. A significant advantage is that if it breaks, it shatters into small, blunt pieces, reducing the risk of serious injury. It is commonly used in tables, desks, TV stands, and more.
• Metal: Widely used in furniture manufacturing, metal offers several advantages over other materials. It is extremely resistant to wear and tear, making it ideal for furniture intended for daily use in demanding environments. It retains its shape and structure perfectly, ensuring stability and longevity. Additionally, metal can have other characteristics, such as antimicrobial properties (copper) or superconductivity (molybdenum).

• Tempered Glass: Initially, use a soft damp cloth and mild detergent or just water. Apply the cloth to the tempered glass and clean with gentle circular motions. Avoid applying excessive pressure or using materials that could cause scratches.
• Metal: For any indoor metal, dusting or wiping with a damp cloth regularly is the recommended choice. However, if it's outdoor metal furniture, follow these steps:
  1. For longer-lasting protection, apply a protective cream, easily available in commercial stores, to your metal furniture.
  2. If your furniture is treated and painted with powder-coating (electrostatic painting), it is very durable and can be easily cleaned with a damp cloth.
  3. If your metal furniture is not powder-coated, take extra care to keep it away from water and moisture. You can cover it with special covers and, if possible, store it indoors during the winter.
  4. If you notice rust, remove it with turpentine, then apply an anti-rust varnish before painting the surface with oxidation-resistant paint.
